The TLP621 is a programmable controller. The TLP621 consists of a photo-transistor optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode. The TLP621 offers two isolated channels in an eight lead plastic DIP. Applications are (1)Programmable Controller; (2)AC / DC-Input Module; (3)Solid State Relay.
